  • Name (from your Google account profile)
  • Profile picture (from your Google account profile)

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Service. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Service, and other technical information.

1.3 User Content

We collect the text descriptions, sketches, images, and other inputs ("Inputs") you provide to generate diagrams, as well as the resulting diagrams ("Outputs").

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect or receive:

  • To provide the Service: To manage your account, process payments, and provide the diagramming functionalities.
  • To improve our AI models: We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the performance of our services. We do not train our AI models on your proprietary or private diagram data.
  • To communicate with you: We may send you service-related emails (e.g., account verification, changes/updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices).
  • To ensure security: To monitor and prevent unauthorized use or abuse of the Service.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. This includes:
    • Cloud Infrastructure: Supabase (Database & Auth), Cloudflare (Storage).
    • AI Providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini (for processing your inputs to generate diagrams).
    • Payment Processors: Stripe or similar providers (for billing).
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information where we are legally required to do so to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process.

4. AI and Data Privacy

Skemio utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate diagrams.

  • Data Processing: Your text prompts and uploaded images are sent to third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google) solely for the purpose of generating the response.
  • No Training on Private Data: We have configured our agreements with AI providers to opt-out of training on data submitted via our API where available, ensuring your proprietary diagrams remain private.

5. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
